DESCRIPTION
Son Light Medical is looking to hire a Family Physician with excellent skills who enjoys caring for individuals of all ages. With the capacity to provide consultant and quality care by performing the following duties:
Evaluate, treat, and assess patients’ total healthcare needs and provide high-quality personal medical care
Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.
Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results in a timely and organized fashion
Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
Coordinate work with fellow staff members and health care providers.
Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
Provide accurate description of procedures diagnostic, ICD-10 and CPT codes
Maintain current technical knowledge and seek education and professional opportunities for development.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with HIPAA regulations and complies with practice policies and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited school of Medicine required. Valid NJ medical license. Loves to work with a diverse community population.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Medical Practice environment. Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time; must have multi-limb coordination and manual dexterity; Agile and able to move quickly throughout practice.
