AAP Website:  Official site of the American Academy of Pediatrics, includes sections on parenting, health topics, and a bookstore.

HealthyChildren: A website designed by the American Academy of Pediatrics for parents.

KidsHealth: Doctor-approved information about children. It is divided into three separate areas: kids, teens, and parents. Very user friendly.

Bright Futures: Prevention and health promotion website with information on infants, children, and adolescents and their families. 

Teen websites

KidsHealth: A great teen website covering several important topics for teens, including diet and nutrition, sexual health, sports, and more.

GirlsHealth: U.S. department of Health and Human services developed this website to provide free, reliable health information for adolescent girls. 

Center for Young Women's Health: This website is full of easy-to-read information on many topics relevant to young women's health. Info for both teens and parents.

CDC Vaccine Site: Provides information about specific vaccines for healthcare professionals and parents.

Vaccine Education from CHOP: A vaccine education center from the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Provides complete up-to-date and reliable information about vaccines to parents and healthcare professionals.

Institute for Vaccine Safety: A website run by Johns Hopkins University that provides an independent assessment of vaccines and vaccine safety.

ADHD Websites

CHADD website: A non-profit organization working to improve the lives of people affected by ADHD. Website includes links to local support groups and conferences.
